摘要 本文介绍了碳纤维增强金属基复合材料的应用,阐明了碳纤维镀镍的意义,综述了碳纤维表面预处理的几种常见方法 ,分析比较了化学镀,电镀,溶胶-凝胶法,复合镀,化学气相沉积等几种碳纤维镀镍方法以及这些方法的优缺点。 The application of carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix is introduced. the significance of carbon fiber with nickel plating is illustrated. several common methods of surface pretreatment of carbon fiber are summarized. several methods such as the chemical plating,electroplating, sol-gel method, composite plating, chemical vapor deposition and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed and compared.
