摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因尚不十分清楚的直肠与结肠慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,属难治性疾病,在我国溃疡性结肠炎的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势,国家级名医周学文教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎,积累了丰富经验。文章从病因病机、辩证施治、临证特点、验案举隅等方面阐述其临证经验及学术思想,以期对溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗有所裨益。
Ulcerative colitis is a kind of chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease in the rectum and colon which etiology is not very clear,belongs to the difficult disease,the disease incidence rate assumed the tendency which rose year by year.Professor Zhou Xuewen has accumulated rich clinical experience.This article from the pathogenesis,dialectical therapy,clinical characteristics and clinical case,elaborated his academic thought and clinical experience,will benefit the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.
