LYU Peiwen chief physician specializes in the treatment of various TCM surgical diseases.By upholding the tutor＇s academic thinking and combining clinical practice for more than 40 years,he has formed a unique experience of treatment.1Nursing spleen and stomach is mainly in the following four aspects：strengthening spleen and replenishing qi; invigorating spleen and stomach; treating spleen and regulating liver,simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney.2In the surgical treatment,global and local syndrome differentiation should be combined.Sores and ulcers should be divided into Yin and Yang syndromes and the combination of symptoms and signs should be paid attention to.3Qi and blood should be regulated.
