摘要
为解决海岸带地形变化迅速、测量困难等现实问题,首先分析了移动测量系统的技术特点,介绍了移动测量系统的组成与涉及的关键技术,然后提出了基于移动测量技术的海空地一体海岸带机动测量方案,并根据海岸带地形测量的不同需求设计了适应作业的测量平台、作业模式及主要功能,为海岸带、海岛礁地理信息快速更新与应急保障提供了应用参考与技术支撑。
In order to solve the practical problems in coastal zones such as rapid terrain changes,measurement difficulties and other aspects,the technical characteristics of mobile mapping system were firstly analyzed,and at the same time,the composition and the key techniques of the mobile mapping system were introduced. Secondly,the whole sea-air-ground integrated scheme for coastal zone mobile measurement based on the mobile mapping technology was proposed,and the platform,operation mode,as well as main functions adapted for operation were designed according to the different needs of coast topographic surveys,to provide the application reference and technical basis for quick update of geographic information and emergency support in coastal zones and island areas.
