摘要
对低产停产的老井再次开发,压裂改造是一项行之有效的增产措施。室内评价了低分子聚合物压裂液体系的性能,结果表明,该压裂液具有较好的配伍性,在65℃下连续剪切1.5 h后粘度仍有102.5 m Pa·s,携砂性能良好,易破胶,低残渣。现场应用效果显示,已停产多年的七深8井恢复生产,累计产油1 200多吨。
As low-yield and off production wells increase, hydraulic fracturing is an effective measure for yield. The result of evaluating performance properties of low-molecular polymer fracturing fluid shows the system has good compatibleness.The viscosity of jelly glue is 102.5 mPa·s at 65 ℃ and 170 s-1 with shearing time of 1.5 h.Moreover, the gel has high sand-carrying capability, be easy broken and low residue. The result of Qishen 8 well field application shows that the well has put back production.Up to now, the accumulated oil production was more than 1 200 t.
