玻璃熔窑余热发电与除尘脱硝一体化影响发电量因素

摘要 对燃天然气浮法玻璃熔窑烟气余热发电与除尘脱硝一体化技术进行了分析描述,根据锅炉的热交换原理及实例的数据进行了归纳整理,较为详细地分析了玻璃熔窑的拉引量、外界气温、玻璃烟气温度、天然气热值、浮法主线熔化操作、锅炉水管内壁结垢以及锅炉水管外壁积灰等影响发电量的因素,进行了较全面的探析,具有一定的参考实用价值。 In this paper the characteristics of cogeneration with flue gas and integrating dust-remove with de-nitration technology was analyzed. The heat-exchange principle of boiler and practice data were sorted out . The influencing factors on power production , such as daily output of glass furnace , outside temperature, flue gas temperature, natural gas calorific value, melting operation of main float line, scale formation inside and dust deposition outside of the water pipe, were discussed in details.
