摘要
目的:探讨药膳食疗对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者术后营养状况改善的临床疗效。方法:选择北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科2010年9月-2011年6月收治的头颈部肿瘤78例患者,男性58例,女性20例;年龄34-72岁,平均年龄(51.3±9.0)岁;将患者随机分为两组,药膳实验组(A组)40例,男28例,女12例,平均年龄(51.8±8.3)岁,术前给予常规治疗膳食,术后给予自制药膳直至出院。对照组(B组)38例,男30例,女8例,平均年龄(50.8±9.8)岁,术前术后均给予常规治疗膳食。观察两组患者入院时和实验结束时的体质指数(BMI),血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、C-反应蛋白(CRP),患者的症状体征(纳差、便秘、烧心、乏力、烦躁等)生活质量等。结果:(1)除BMI以外,其他主要营养与免疫指标ALB、Hb、CRP实验组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。(2)实验组患者的症状体征(纳差、便秘、烧心、乏力、烦躁等)生活质量等明显好于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:合理的药膳食疗能明显减轻头颈部肿瘤患者术后不适并加速身体恢复,改善患者的营养状况。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efifcacy of medicated diet of head and neck cancer patients after surgery to improve the nutritional status. Methods:Select the Beijing Tongren Hospital, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, September 2010-78 cases of head and neck cancer patients treated in June 2011, male 58 cases, female 20 cases;aged 34 to 72 years, mean age(51.3±9.0) years old;the patients were randomly divided into two groups, medicated experimental group (A group) 40 cases, 28 males and 12 females, mean age(51.8±8.3) years of age, preoperative given conventional treatment meals, after giving homemade medicated until discharge. The control group (group B) 38 cases, 30 males and 8 females, mean age(50.8±9.8) years before and after surgery were given conventional treatment meals. Observed in patients on admission and body mass index (BMI) at the end of the experiment, serum albumin(ALB), hemoglobin(Hb), C-reactive protein(CRP), in patients with signs and symptoms(anorexia, constipation, heartburn, fatigue, irritability, etc.) quality of life. Result:(1)In addition to BMI, the other major nutrition and immune parameters ALB, Hb, CRP in the experimental group than the control group(P〈0.05). (2) The patient's symptoms and signs in the experimental group(anorexia, constipation, heartburn, fatigue, irritability, etc.) quality of life was signiifcantly bet er than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Reasonable medicated diet can signiifcantly reduce head and neck cancer patients after physical discomfort and accelerate recovery, improve the nutritional status of patients.
