摘要
采用水热合成法成功合成出SAPO-17分子筛,并用XRD、SEM、N2吸附脱附、FT-IR、DTA/TG和NH3-TPD等方法研究了样品的物化性能。结果表明:合成的SAPO-17分子筛呈针状结构,并且具有较好的热稳定性。经过BET算法得到的比表面为406.71m2/g,孔径为0.65nm。合成不同硅铝比(Si/Al=0.05、0.08、0.11)的SAPO-17分子筛,均具有较好的MTO催化性能,其中硅铝比为0.11的SAPO-17分子筛催化性能最好,甲醇的转化率为100%,乙烯、丙烯收率分别为59.51%、26.35%。
The SAPO-17 molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally. The properties of SAPO 17 were charac terized by XRD, SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,FT-IR,DTA/TG and N H3-TPD technique which suggested that SAPO-17 had needles structure and good thermal stability,and the ratio sudace area was 406.71m^2/g, and the pore diameter was 0.65nm through BET algorithm. As the catalyst for MTO,SAPO-17(Si/AI=0. 05,0. 08,0. 11)had good catalytic perform- ance,among which SAPO-17(Si/Al=0. 11)was the best one and the methanol conversion, ethylene selectivity and propyl- ene selectivity of MTO were 100 %0,59.51%, 26.35% respectively.
