摘要
采用重组基因酵母法检测了受造纸废水污染的广东四会市邓村河水体的雌激素、抗雌激素和雄激素活性效应。结果表明,受造纸废水污染的位点(A,B,C点)的雌激素当量值EEQ(E2equivalents)、抗雌激素当量值TEQ(E2equivalents)、雄激素当量值DEQ(E2equivalents)均比对照点REF高。各位点的雌激素当量值EEQ如下,对照点REF为3.68 ng/L,A点为20.03 ng/L,B点为15.332 ng/L,C点为13.27 ng/L。抗雌激素当量值TEQ如下,REF为0.8 ng/L,A点为138.54 ng/L,B点为27.61 ng/L,C点为31.77 ng/L。雄激素当量值DEQ如下,REF点为0.21 ng/L,A点为6.52 ng/L,B点为3.92 ng/L,C点为4.21 ng/L。
This study tested for estrogenic effect, antiestrogenic effect and androgenic effect of pulp and paper mill effluents in Dengcun River using a recombinant yeast bioassay. Estrogenic activity can be detected for all the pulp and paper mill effluents with range from 3.68 to 18.27 ngE EQ/g(dw)of estradiol equivalent. All of samples of pulp and paper mill effluents in Dengcun showed antiestrogenic activity and androgenic activity. TEQ and DEQ in pulp and paper mill effluents sites were both higher than those in REF site.
