摘要 目的探讨高通量血液透析对血清β2-微球蛋白和甲状旁腺激素的影响。方法 120例接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾脏病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者接受高通量血液透析,对照组患者接受常规血液透析。比较2组患者的血清β2-微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素以及免疫球蛋白含量。结果观察组患者的β2-微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素含量明显低于对照组,Ig A、Ig G、Ig M含量及上臂肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围、上臂肌围均明显高于、大于对照组。结论高通量血液透析能降低β2-微球蛋白和甲状旁腺激素含量,提高免疫功能,改善体质。 Objective To explore influence of high flux hemodialysis on serum β2-microglobulin and parathyroid hormone. Methods A total of 120 chronic kidney disease patients treated with hemodialysis therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with high flux hemodialysis,while the control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis. Levels of serumβ2-microglobulin,parathyroid hormone and immunoglobulin were compared between two groups. Results Levels of β2-microglobulin and parathyroid hormone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while levels of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M as well as brachial triceps skin fold thickness,arm circumference and upper arm muscle circumference were significantly higher and larger than those in the control group. Conclusion High flux hemodialysis can reduce levels of β2-microglobulin and parathyroid hormone,promote immune function and improve physical condition.
