±800kV换流阀低压加压试验方法 被引量:3

摘要 随着直流特高压工程在远距离大功率输电方面的日渐普及,提高直流特高压工程质量成为保证电网安全稳定运行的前提和基础。换流变压器带阀组低压加压试验作为分系统调试中检验直流工程质量的核心试验项目,存在误差大、方法复杂等问题。依托特高压工程哈密南±800 k V换流站,对分系统调试中低压加压试验的内容及方法进行了详细的归纳总结,创新性优化了同步电压的获取方式,大大减小了试验误差,同时对60°以上的触发角进行了计算及测试。并结合工程现场极1低端的试验数据进行分析,说明了低压加压试验对于换流站核心设备(换流阀、换流变压器、阀控系统)的功能检测具有指导性作用,是分系统调试中不可或缺的重要环节。 With the increasing popularity of ultra high voltage direct current project in large capacity and long distance power transmission,a better quality of ultra high voltage direct current project has become the premise and basis for the safety and stability of the power system.As the core test of the quality of direct current projects in subsystem commissioning,converter valves low voltage test has problems such as existing error,complicated method,etc.Based on the practical experience of South Hami ±800k V converter station,a detailed summarization about the content and method of the low voltage test in subsystem commissioning is given.Acquisition method of synchronous voltage is optimized and errors are greatly reduced.In the meantime,the firing angle more than 60° are calculated and tested.Also,experimental data of low-end pole-one at the project site is analyzed and studied.It is pointed out that the low voltage test plays a guiding role in the function detection of converter station's core equipment(converter valves,converter transformers,valve system) and is indispensable in subsystem commissioning.
