摘要
[目的]筛选出一批珍贵的优异资源并研究其利用情况。[方法]对收集于新疆的673份大麦种质资源在形态特征、农艺性状(成熟期、株高、千粒重)及籽粒蛋白质含量等方面进行鉴定评价,并与国外大麦资源进行比较。[结果]二棱大麦与多棱大麦及裸大麦相比具有穗层整齐、成熟后不易脱落、便于收获以及抗倒伏能力强、便于田间管理等特点;从我国大麦千粒重统计来看,高海拔、高纬度、昼夜温差大的地区千粒重明显偏高,而低海拔、低纬度的平原地区千粒重偏低;且二棱大麦高于多棱大麦。[结论]利用日本和我国北方品种杂交育出的品种大部分成熟期都提早3-10 d;大麦蛋白质含量与产地的地理位置及气象条件有关,灌浆期的气温与日照长度呈正相关关系,而与降水量呈负相关关系。
[ Objective ] To screen out one batch of precious outstanding resources and study its utilization status. [ Method] The morphological characteristics, agronomic traits(mature period, plant height, 1 000-grain weight) and grain protein content of 673 barley idioplasm resources collected from Xinjiang were evaluated, and were compared with the overseas barley resources. [ Result ] Two bank or ridge between fields barley and many bank or ridge between fields barley and the bare barley compare have ear of level to be neat, after mature not easy to fall off, is advan- tageous for the harvest; resistant to lodging ability, is advantageous for characteristics and so on field management; Looked from our country barley weight of a thousand seeds statistics that,the high elevation, the high latitude, the diurnal temperature difference big area weight of a thousand seeds is obviously high, but the low elevation, the low latitude plain area weight of a thousand seeds is somewhat low; Two bank or ridge between fields barley are higher than many bank or ridge between fields barley. [ Conclusion] The variety makes the variety majority of mature periods using north part of Japan and our country which the hybrid nurtures all to shift to an earlier time for 3 - 10 day ; Barley protein content is related with habitat geographical position and meteorological condition, grouting time temperature and sunshine length presents positive correlation, but assumes the inverse coirelation with the precipitation.
