摘要
目的探讨家庭护理对妇科肿瘤患者围术期生活质量的影响。方法 80例妇科恶性肿瘤行手术治疗患者随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均采用相应手术治疗及围术期护理。观察组患者在此基础上增加家庭护理。比较2组患者围术期心理健康水平、生活质量和生理应激水平之间的差异。结果观察组患者心理健康水平高于对照组,生活质量优于对照组,生理应激水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家庭为护理对于妇科恶性肿瘤患者具有积极意义,其可以提高患者心理健康水平,降低患者应激程度,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of home nursing on perioperative life quality of patients with gynecologic oncology. Methods Totally 80 patients with with gynecologic oncology during perioperative period were divided into observation group and control group. All patients received appropriate surgical treatment and perioperative nursing and home nursing was given additionally in observation group. The perioperative physiological,psychological stress level and the life quality were compared between two groups. Results Psychological health condition and life quality in observation group were better than those in control group while the physiological stress level was lower than in control group and all the differences were significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Home nursing showed a satisfactory effect on patients with gynecologic oncology in terms of improving the psychological health,reducing the degree of stress and improving the quality of life during perioperative period.
