摘要
简要叙述了稀土永磁材料对永磁电机发展的影响和在永磁电机应用中反映出的一些问题,重点介绍了低镝磁体和铈磁体在电机中的应用。在保证电机中永磁体磁性能的前提下,不仅大大降低了电机的成本,而且耐蚀性也有所改善,在永磁电机未来发展应用中存在巨大前景。
The development and characteristics of rare earth permanent magnetic materials and permanent magnet machines was briefly described. The problems of rare earth permanent magnets in the application of permanent magnet motors were discussed. The low-dysprosium magnets and cerium magnets were mainly discussed. These magnets can guarantee the performance of permanent magnet machines, which not only greatly reduces the cost of the motor, but also improves the corrosion resistance. There will be a huge application prospect in the future development of the permanent magnet motors.
