摘要
蟾酥是蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍的耳后腺或皮肤腺分泌物,经加工干燥而成。临床上广泛应用于抗肿瘤、强心、麻醉止痛等方面。蟾酥的化学成分复杂,药理作用很强,且毒性很大,有关蟾酥中毒案件时有报道。本文结合近年来关于蟾酥的研究作一综述,总结了蟾酥的化学成分、毒理学、药理学、药代动力学及检测方法等,以期为法医毒理学工作者提供参考。
Venenum bufonis is the dry powder of the secretion from Bufo bufogargarizan Cantor or B.melan ostictus Schneider＇ s ear gland or dermal gland. It is widely applied as anti-tumor agent, cardiotonic, narcotic analgesic, etc. in clinical medicine. Venenum bufonis＇s chemical composition is very complex. It has strong toxicity as well as pharmacological effects. Therefore, cases of venenum bufonis poisoning have been reported now and then. This paper reviewed the studies of venenum bufonis＇s chemical composition, toxicology, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and analyzing methods in recent years, providing reference for forensic toxicology peers.
