摘要
为适应高等教育办学加强实践创新能力的要求,在食品微生物学实验的教学内容、教学方法与手段等多方面进行探索及实践,引导学生重走理论发现的道路,培养了学生对实验结果的分析与归纳能力,加强了实验内容与生产实践的关联,采取多元化的考核手段,提升了实践教学环节的质量水平。
The contents of courses and teaching methods of food microbiology experiments were explored to meet high requirements of strengthening practical innovation capability .The students were guided to re-take the road of theory discovering , and their ability to an-alyze and summarize were improved .The association between experiment content and production practices was strengthened with a wide range of assessment methods .By all these means the quality of practice teaching was enhanced significantly .
