摘要
利用RNAi技术对GSTs基因进行沉默处理,明确了沉默棉铃虫GSTs基因可以影响其对甲氧虫酰肼的敏感性。结果表明,通过饲喂siRNA在1d内就可以有效干扰GSTs基因表达,进而降低了GSTs酶活性;停止饲喂siRNA后,RNA干扰效果并不会立刻消失;沉默GSTs基因后,棉铃虫对甲氧虫酰肼的敏感性显著提高。
GSTs genes in Helicoverpa armigera were silenced by RNAi technique and the effects of silencing GSTs genes on the susceptibility of H.armigera to methoxyfenozide were investigated.The results showed that the expression level of GSTs genes markedly reduced from the first day by feeding siRNA,and then the specific activities of GSTs reduced.The effect of silencing would not disappear immediately after stopping feeding siRNA.The susceptibility of H.armigera to methoxyfenozide increased after GSTs genes being silenced.
