摘要
为了优化农村居民消费结构,进一步扩大农村居民的消费增长潜力,提高农村居民的生活质量和生活水平,以京津冀地区为例,根据2003—2012年京津冀地区农村居民消费统计数据,针对生存型消费、发展型消费与享受型消费,分别从消费增长情况和消费结构两个方面,对10年间农村居民的消费变化特点和趋势进行了分析,并重点阐述了消费结构变化的影响因素。从消费水平看,近10年随着经济增长和农村居民收入提高,京津冀地区农村居民总体消费水平呈现快速增长态势;从消费结构看,农村居民消费仍以生存型消费支出为主,发展型消费支出比重有所扩大,享受型消费支出比重降低,但近年来增长势头有所加快。
In order to optimize the consumption structure of rural residents, expand consumption growth potential and improve quality of life and standard of living of rural residents, for subsistence consumption,development consumption and enjoyment consumption, we analyzed the characteristics and trends of consumption of rural residents from two aspects： consumption growth and consumption structure, based on consumption statistics data of rural residents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2003 to 2012. In addition,influential factors in the change of consumption structure were analyzed. From the aspect of consumption level, the overall consumption level of rural residents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei showed rapid growth with economic growth and increase in residents＇ income in recent decade. From the aspect of consumption structure, subsistence consumption still occupied a large portion of total consumer expenditure, at the same time, development consumption expanded, and enjoyment consumption reduced but the growth accelerated in recent years.
