摘要
针对某中型卡车桥壳胀压成形工艺中预成形管坯压制成形过程,给定几种不同的外压及内压加载方式;利用有限元软件ABAQUS对压制成形过程进行数值模拟,通过比较桥壳制件成形后的贴模性、壁厚分布,揭示外压和内压加载方式对压制成形的影响;并进行预成形管坯的压制成形工艺实验,实测了样件的外形及壁厚,实验结果与有限元模拟结果相吻合。
To study the pressing and forming of the preformed tube blank for axle housing of a medium‐sized truck ,the bulging‐crushing process was simulated using ABAQUS finite element software .The effects of external pressure loading and internal pres‐sure loading on the pressing and forming were explored .The comparative analysis of parts parameters such as die fittingness and wall thickness distribution was carried out and the appropriate external pressure loading method and internal pressure loading method were determined .The experimental tests on pressing and forming are conducted to validate the numerical results .
