摘要
本文介绍了由间氨基苯磺酸、1-萘胺、苯酚、硫酸二乙酯为原料通过两次重氮化与偶合反应,最后将酚羟基转化乙氧基,合成出酸性橙N-RL染料的方法。并对重氮化和偶合反应以及羟基化反应的条件和影响因素进行了研究。
Acid Orange N- RL was synthesized from metanilic acid,1- naphthylamine,phenol and diethyl sulfate by twice diazotization and coupling reactions,and with conversion of phenol hydroxy to ethyoxyl. The conditions and influencing factors of diazotization and coupling reactions,as well as hydroxylation were studied.
