摘要
通过实地调研和文献查阅,针对大湘西区果蔬类农产品流通现状进行分析,研究了大湘西果蔬类农产品冷链物流发展的影响因素,并构建其评价指标体系;运用DEMATEL方法,结合影响度、被影响度、原因度和中心度等数据对这些影响因素进行排序,确定了大湘西果蔬类农产品冷链物流发展的主要影响因素是政府政策支持、农产品产品特性以及上下游企业物流意识、监管力度、主导企业实力、供需关系、营销渠道和区域经济发展。
In this paper, through field investigation and literature review, we analyzed the current status of the circulation of the fruit and vegetable products in the big Xiangxi region, studied the factors influencing its development, and established the corresponding evaluation index system. Next, using the DEMATEL process, we ranked the influence factors and identified the major factors influencing the fruit and vegetable product cold chain logistics in the big Xiangxi region.
