电镀液的浓度、温度和电流密度等是电镀工艺的重要参数。这些参数直接影响电镀中的金属离子还原和结晶的过程,从而对电镀层的功能性和装饰性等都有重要影响。人工控制这些参数存在许多变动因素,重现性较差,使产品质量产生波动。采用自动控制,特别是智能装备控制电镀工艺参数,将能提高电镀产品质量的稳定性。
The electroplating solution concentration,temperature and current density are important parameters in electroplating process.These parameters will directly influence the reduction and crystallization process of metal ions in the electroplating,thereby having significant impacts on the coating 's functional and decorative performances.In manual control of these parameters,there are many variable factors and the reproducibility is poor,which may cause fluctuation of product's quality.In automatic control,especially in intelligent equipment control of the electroplating process parameters,the stability of the product 's quality will be improved.
