介绍了北京仁和医院改扩建二期工程的概况,通过项目建设方案论证、发展规划产业政策和行业准入分析、资源开发与综合利用分析、节能方案分析、建设用地、征地拆迁及移民安置分析、环境和生态影响分析,说明项目建设的可行性。
