摘要
中医认为,卵巢早衰的根本病因病机为肾虚,但与心、肝、脾也密切相关,治以调整肾中阴阳为重点。西医认为,卵巢早衰的病因主要包括遗传性因素、免疫学因素、抑制素异常、半乳糖血症、医源性因素、环境及感染等,治疗以雌孕激素替代及辅助生育技术为主。若单纯中药治疗疗程较长,起效缓慢;长期应用激素治疗毒副作用明显。临床上采取中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰,既能减少激素的用量,降低毒副作用,亦能提高中药的疗效。
Premature ovarian failure（ POF） is a refractory gynecological endocrine disease,which is caused by several factors. Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） holds that the main reason of POF is kidney deficiency,which is also closely related to the heart,liver and spleen. TCM therapy＇s key point of POF is adjustment yin and yang of the kidney. Western medicine thinks that the etiological factors of POF are mainly involving in gene,immunology,statin anomalies,galactosemia,iatrogenic hurt,environment and infection etc. The treatment gives priority to female progestational hormone replacement and assisted reproductive technology. TCM treatment works slowly and long-term application of hormone in treating POF has much side effects. Not only treating POF with TCM combined with Western medicine can reduce the use dosage of hormone and decrease side effects,and also enhance the curative effect of TCM.
