摘要
目的:构建产科护理质量评价指标体系,对产科护理质量进行有效的测定和评价。方法:根据两所医院产科的实际情况,总结出了产前、产中、产后较为重要的护理项目。特请来省内从事护理管理和产科护理的30位专家进行调查问卷咨询。结果:将产科护理质量评价指标体系分为三级,专家们对产科护理项目的总认可率达到了90%以上,各个护理项目可以作为产科护理质量评价指标体系建立的参考标准。在确立指标的过程中,要多考虑与护理质量相关的项目,而一些影响因素较多的项目应该适当删除。结论:产科护理质量评价指标体系的构建对于提高产科护理水平意义重大,其目的在于改进专科护理质量。
