摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在食管癌放化疗患者中的应用。方法:将我院2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日收治的154例食管癌性放化疗的患者随机分为两组,每组77例,一组为对照组,采用整体护理的模式进行常规护理,另一组为观察组,在整体护理的基础上采用人性化护理。采用SAS、SDS对两组患者放化疗之前与放化疗之后进行焦虑自测与抑郁自测,并在放化疗结束之后采用自制问卷的方式对两组患者对医院以及医护人员的满意度进行调查。对比两组患者放化疗前后的焦虑、抑郁得分。结果:采用不同护理模式对两组患者进行护理之后,观察组的SAS、SDS得分均优于对照组,且观察组的患者则满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(88.31%)。结论:人性化护理可以减轻食管癌放化疗患者焦虑抑郁程度,增加患者的满意度,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the application of humanistic nursing in patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy. Methods： in our hospital in January 1, 2013 -2013 year in December 31 st admitted 154 cases of patients were randomly divided into esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy to two groups, 77 cases in each group, one group of control group, the holistic nursing mode for routine care, another group for the observation group, recovery nursing of human nature on the basis of the overall care.Using SAS, SDS anxiety and depression of patients in the two groups after the self-test before chemotherapy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and after chemotherapy ends with the self-made questionnaire on hospital and medical staff satisfaction of patients in two groups. Compared two groups of patients with anxiety and depression scores were placed before and after chemotherapy. Results： after using different nursing for patients in the two groups, the observation group SAS, the scores of SDS were better than the control group, and the observation group patients with satisfaction （100%） was significantly higher than the control group （88.31%）. Conclusion： humanistic nursing can relieve esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with anxiety depression, increase satisfaction of patients, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
