摘要
目的:讨论分娩前超声诊断胎盘植入及其影响因素。方法:选取2008年3月至2013年3月期间我院收治的54例胎盘植入患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均在产前进行超声诊断,且术后经病理证实。结果:54例胎盘植入患者中,产前超声诊断为胎盘植入13例,检出率为24.1%。结论:目前,胎盘植入检出率比较低,其主要影响因素是胎盘附着的位置、胎盘植入的深度、超声诊断人员的经验等。在临床中要尽量控制影响因素,从而提高诊断的准确率,保证母婴安全。
objective： to discuss before delivery ultrasound diagnosis of placenta implantation and its influencing factors. Selection methods： March 2008 - March 2013, our hospital during the period of 54 patients with placenta implantation as the research object, all the patients were in the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis, and confirmed by pathology after surgery. Results： 54 cases of placenta implantation patients,13 cases of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of placenta increta, detection rate of 24.1%. Conclusion： at present, the placenta implantation detection rate is lower, the main influence factor is the location of the placenta, the depth of the implanted placenta, ultrasonic diagnosis experience, etc. Try to control in the clinical factors, so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy, ensure the safety of maternal and infant.
