摘要
目的 :评价中药骨康防治骨质疏松症的作用。方法 :60只雌性大鼠随机分正常组、模型组、骨康防治组 (高、中、低三个剂量组 )及尼尔雌醇防治组。除正常组其余各组均切除卵巢。实验前后检测血清 E2 、IL -6、BGP、ALP和尿 HOP含量 ,实验结束前检测骨密度。结果 :骨康防治组骨密度和血清 E2 含量高于模型组 ,血清 IL- 6及尿 HOP含量明显低于模型组。结论 :去卵巢引起骨吸收加速 ,这可能与 E2 的水平较低及 IL- 6水平较高有关。骨康可防止去卵巢后的骨吸收 ,这可能与其提高体内 E2 含量有关 ,E2 含量的提高 ,IL- 6分泌减少 ,从而抑制骨吸收。
Objective:With the aim of studying the therapeutic effect of GOL in ovariectomized female rats,and tried find out the mechanism of GOL in postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Sixty female rats were randomly allocated to six groups:normal group,model group,three GOL groups(with high,moderate and low dosages,respectively)and nilestriol group.All groups were resected ovaries expect normal group.Before and after the experiment,the levels of E 2,IL-6,BGP and ALP in serum were determined,the HOP in urinary were measured too.And BMD was measured before experiment ended.Results:There were no significantly difference of all markers in all groups before experiment.There was significantly difference in BMD,E 2,IL-6 and Urinary HOP between GOLgroups and model group.The BMD and E 2 of GOL groups was higher than that of the model group,meanwhile the IL-6,and Urinary HOP of GOL groups was lower than that of the model group.Conclusion:The results shows that the effect of ovariecttomy cause Bone resorption accelerated.This may be the consequence of decreased expression of E 2 and the increased expression of IL-6.GOL can prevent osteoporosis in overiectomized rats,this may be relation with the increasing of E 2,the increasing of E 2 leads to the expression of IL-6 and Inhibition of Bone resorption.
