摘要
通过探讨14.8 tex 65/35T/R和R14.8 tex赛络纱纺制工艺,分析赛络纺中不同喇叭口中心距对成纱质量的影响。结果表明:通过合理配置喇叭口的中心距,能够充分发挥赛络纺的优点,实现强力高、毛羽少、条干优的纱线生产。
In this paper, two different Sirospun yarns of 14.8tex 65/35 T/R blended yarn and R14.8tex yarn were spun by different bell center distances setting, and the quality of the spun yarns were tested. The result shows that a reasonable choosing of bell center distance can put into full use of the sirospinning advantages to make higher yam strength, less hairness and better yarn eveness.
