摘要
工作场所中的依恋是员工对工作场所形成的亲和性认知和对工作场所中人际关系产生的情感性依赖。工作场所中的依恋表现为个体依恋在工作场所的延续,也是依恋理论在工作场所中的应用。近期社交能力、人际关系质量和领导特征等对工作场所中的依恋具有预测作用,而其结果变量则包括信任、工作状态、领导产生、工作满意度和工作绩效等。未来关于工作场所中的依恋研究需要探讨其测量方式的适用性,并丰富其影响因素和结果变量。
Attachment in workplace refers to the affinity cognition to the workplace and affective dependence of interpersonal relationship in the workplace. Attachment in workplace is the continuation of individual attachment in the workplace, and is also the application of the attachment theory in the workplace. Emerging social competence, the quality of friendship, leadership characteristics, are the predictors of attachment in workplace. The consequences consist of trust, job status, leadership emergence, job satisfaction and job performance. Future research needs to explore the applicability of measurement of attachment in workplace,enriching the antecedents and consequences.
