基于双有源桥体二极管的母线建压启动方法

Analysis of the Starting up Method for Building up DC Bus Voltage Via Body Diode Rectifying in Dual Active Bridge Converter

摘要 分析了双有源桥(DAB)变换器在启动时建立高压侧直流母线电压的必要性,提出了一种基于高压侧开关管体二极管整流的直流母线建压启动方法,详细阐述了启动建压的步骤,给出了体二极管建压的软件实现步骤。该方法可有效避免直流母线建压过程中出现的电感饱和现象,以及由此带来的电流冲击。提出的启动方法无需硬件开销,只需通过数字控制即可实现,有助于节约硬件电路成本,增加可靠性。最后通过实验验证了该启动方法的有效性。 This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the DC bus voltage of the dual active bridge (DAB) con- verter when starting up.And the starting up method that the DC bus voltage is built up only by high-voltage-side body diode of the DAB converter rectifying is proposed.The detailed steps and the software realization method are el- aborated.The saturation phenomenon of the inductor and the current surge can be effectively avoided with this method and the proposal method implemented only by digital control, so this method does not need to add extra hardware.Fi- nally, the experimental results verify the validity of the method.
