1病例资料
患者，男，42岁，因间断心前区闷痛3d入院。既往有吸烟史30余年，平均20支／d，未戒。入院体检：呼吸18次／min，血压110／70mmHg（1mm—Hg=0．133kPa），心率80次／min，心律齐，心肺听诊（一），双下肢无水肿。
Summary Case in acute myocardial infarction complicating with complex ventricular septal defect（VSR）,mural thrombus,valve regurgitation and ventricular aneurysm was rare at now.We presented an unusual case of acute myocardial infarction combined with various complications in this paper.After comprehensive treatment in follow-up 10 months,the patient maintained in NYHAⅡ.Then we analyzed the characteristics,treatment experience of the case and reviewed the related literatures.
