摘要
目的:探索结肠镜检查前有效、方便的肠道准备方法.方法:将81例拟行结肠镜检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组39例采用复方大承气汤与复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合口服清洁肠道;对照组42例采用单纯复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服清洁肠道.观察肠道清洁满意度和患者不良反应.结果:观察组肠道清洁满意度92.3%,对照组肠道清洁满意度为92.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在恶心、呕吐、腹胀方面的不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用复方大承气汤加复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备,患者舒适度提高,减少药物用量,降低医疗费用,肠道内气泡较少,有利于医师操作和诊断.
AIM：To find a more effective,convenient bowel preparation method for colonoscopy.METHODS：Eighty-one patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into either an observation group（n- 39） or a control group（n- 42）.The observation group was given Fufang Dachengqi decoction and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with oral cleaning enema,and the control group was treated with oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone.The rate of satisfactory intestinal cleanliness and adverse reactions were compared for the two groups.RESULTS：The rate of satisfactory intestinal cleanliness showed no significant difference between the observation group and control group（92.3%vs 92.9%,P 〉0.05）.Adverse reactions in terms of nausea and vomiting and abdominal distension were significantly fewer in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）CONCLUSION：Using Fufang Dachengqi decoction plus polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation for colonoscopy is associated with improved intestinal cleanliness and fewer adverse reactions.
