摘要
高职院校教师团队建设方式需要改革。就目前来看,存在定位不准,校企合作教育制度缺位;结构失衡,教学团队管理制度不健全;分工不清,团队内部教师专业化发展受限等困境。因此,必须深挖校企合作的潜力,建立校企合作机制,促进"双师结构"教师团队发展;加快规章制度建设,完善"双师结构"教师团队管理制度;加强团队内部分工,促进团队内部成员的专业化发展。
It is necessary to reform the construction approach of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. Under the current situation, there are the problems such as the inaccuracy of positioning, the absence of the school-enterprise cooperative system, the structural imbalance with the imperfect management system for teachers, and the unclear division within teachers which lead to the plight of teachers' professional development. Therefore, it is required to root out the potentials of the school-enterprise cooperation so as to establish the mechanism to promote the development of "double-certificate" teachers, accelerate the rules and regulations to improve the management system, and strengthen the internal labor division to enhance the professional development of teachers.
