煤工尘肺老年患者代谢综合征临床特点及相关因素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解煤工尘肺(CWP)老年患者及一般老年人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况。探讨煤工尘肺老年男性患MS的影响因素。方法:选取老年煤工尘肺男性患者690例为研究对象,进行健康体检的老年男性市民462例为对照组。采用病例对照研究方法,进行血压、血糖、血脂、尿酸、血红蛋白、红细胞、身高、体重、腰围等指标测定,统计分析代谢综合征及各组分的患病情况。并对CWP患MS人群进行相关因素Logistic回归分析。结果:I期CWP患者MS检出率最高,为48.44%。CWP患MS的4项组分中以高血压最多。CWP组高血压的检出率高于对照组。结论:煤工尘肺患者与一般老年人群患代谢综合征的检出率差异无统计学意义。年龄、吸烟、红细胞、血红蛋白、尿酸、体重指数、接尘工龄为代谢综合征的危险因素。 Objective:To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)in coal worker's pneumoconiosis(CWP)and the general elderly population.Methods:690cases of CWP and 462 cases of health elderly population were studied,and the blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,blood lipid,uric acid,hemoglobin,red blood cell,height,weight,waist circumference,and relevant indicators were determined by the way of a case-comparing,the statistical analysis of the prevalence of MS and its components,and the Logistic regression analysis of factors associated with MS in CWP.Results:The rates of MS detected in patients with CWP stage I was the highest,relative risk 48.44%.Hypertension was the among 4groups of CWP patients with MS.The hypertension rates detection from CWP was higher than that in the general population.Conclusion:The rates of MS detected between CWP patients and the general elderly people shows no statistically significant difference.The age,smoking,red blood cell,hemoglobin,uric acid,body mass index and dust-exposed are the risk factors of MS.
