摘要
目的肿瘤学研究生培养多采取单一导师负责制,这与肿瘤多学科综合治疗模式的不协调逐渐显露.探讨实施多学科协作的导师组制度培养肿瘤学研究生的可行性.方法应用单一导师制和多学科协作导师组制培养研究生,分析和比较两种培养方式下学生的理论知识、临床技能和科研创新能力.结果多学科协作的导师组制度可以有效提升研究生的理论知识、临床技能和科研创新能力,促进学科建设和人才梯队培养,合理整合导师和科研的优势资源.结论多学科协作的导师组制度值得在肿瘤学研究生培养中推广使用,进一步扩大我国研究生教育在国际上的影响.
Objective The current medical postgraduate education in oncology mainly takes the single tutor responsibility system, which is inconsistent with the multi-disciplinary treatment on oncology. The paper primarily studied the feasibility of muhi-disciplinary tutor groups on medical postgraduate education in oncology. Methods To analyze and compare the theoretical knowledge, clinical skill, research and innovation capacity of postgraduates under the two different training methods. Results The multi-disciplinary tutor groups on medical postgraduate education could improve the theoretical knowledge, clinical skill, research and innovation capacity, promote the construction of discipline and talent team and the integration of tutor and scientific research resource. Conclusion The multi-disciplinary tutor groups system is worth to be popularized in medical postgraduate education in oneology, in order to further expand the international influence of China postgraduate education.
