摘要
目的:探讨甘遂中大戟二烯醇的HPLC定量分析方法的测量不确定度的评定方法。方法:通过分析测量过程,确定并简化不确定度来源;利用HPLC法测定甘遂中大戟二烯醇的方法验证数据及样品代表性试验数据,通过统计学方法,量化不确定度分量;计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果与结论:用HPLC法测定甘遂中大戟二烯醇的扩展不确定度为12%。本文采用的评定方法可为HPLC法含量测定结果的测量不确定度评估提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of euphol in Kansui Radix by HPLC. Methods: The procedure of measurement was analyzed to identify and simplify uncertainty sources. The HPLC method was used to determine the data for method verification and the data for representative test of samples of euphol in Kansui Radix. Each uncertainty component was quantified by statistical method. The combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were calculated. Results and Conclusion: The expanded uncertainty for the HPLC determination of euphol was 12%. The mathematic model of uncertainty of measurement established in this paper can provide the reference for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination results by HPLC method.
