摘要
北京绿地中心工程总建筑面积351 524 m2。其中,4号商务办公楼为超高层建筑,建筑高度260m。由于施工场地狭小、工期紧张,特别是4号商务办公楼,建筑高度高、体量大,各专业交叉作业多。因此,项目部提前策划,进行了大型施工现场总平面布置与管理,创新使用了绿色路面、提升电梯门、电锅炉供暖等措施,社会效益和经济效益显著,实现了绿色施工目标。
The total construction area of 351524 square meters of Beijing Green Center project. Among them, 4 office building is a super high-rise building, building height 260m.
