摘要
北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高度为260m,钢结构总量超过1.6万t,安装及焊接量大,焊接质量要求高。为此,项目部组织深化设计,特别是劲性钢结构钢筋密集,利用BIM技术进行模拟及优化,施工中优化了埋入式钢柱支撑、钢板剪力墙约束连接施工、超厚钢板焊接等施工工艺,控制焊接变形及残余应力,实现了本工程钢结构施工质量优良,取得了较好的效果。
Beijing Greenland Center No.4 business office building project of building height 260m, steel structure installation and welding of large amount of a total of more than 16000t, high quality requirements of welding. Therefore, to deepen the design project of Ministry of organization, especially the strength of steel structure of steel intensive, simulated and optimized using BIM technology, construction optimization of embedded steel column support, steel plate shear wall construction, constrained connection super thick steel plate welding construction technology, control of welding deformation and residual stress, the realization of steel structure construction excellent quality of the project, and achieved good results.
