摘要
近年来,随着我国人民生活条件的不断提升和我国产业的转型,关于"逃离工科"的报道日益多了起来。本文通过一项全国调查数据,对工科毕业生是否从事工程技术职业进行了实证分析,弥补了国内相关研究的缺乏。通过实证分析发现,总体而言,我国的确存在着较为严重的工科专业人才外流的现象。但是欣慰的是这种现象并没有愈演愈烈,相反有显著更多的年轻的工科毕业生选择了从事工程技术领域的工作。实证结果还显示平均工资最高的金融行业的确在吸引工科毕业生"逃离工科",但是那些平均工资很高的工程技术相关行业同样在吸引工科毕业生的加盟。鉴于上述实证发现,本研究认为防止工科专业人才的外流,最重要的不是打压其他行业的工资,而是大力发展工程技术相关的行业,用事业吸引年轻才俊的加入。
In recent years, with the improvement of living conditions of our people and the transformation of our industry, reports regarding to "escape engineering" have increased. Through the data of a national survey, an empirical analysis of this issue was conducted to bridge the gap of domestic correlation studies. It is found that there indeed existed a serious brain drain phenomenon of engineering profes- sionals in our country. But the good news was that this phenomenon was not intensified, and there were significantly more and more young engineering graduates choosing to work in the engineering field. The results also showed that the highest average wage is in financial sector which attracted engi- neering graduates to "escape engineering", but those engineering-technology related industry of high wages also absorbed engineering graduates. Based on these empirical findings above, this study sug- gested that to prevent the outflow of engineering professionals, the most important thing was not to suppress other industries, but to develop engineering and technology--related industries to attract young talents to join in.
