摘要
为了研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)对肉鸭免疫应激的调节作用,将240只1日龄四点花肉鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复又模拟三种免疫应激。4组分别饲喂添加0、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%Gln的试验日粮,肉鸭10日龄注射禽流感疫苗,42日龄时测定每个处理的日增重、采食量和料肉比,并在适当的时间每个重复选取2只肉鸭采血测定禽流感疫苗抗体效价、血清中溶菌酶活性和免疫球蛋白G(Ig M)含量。结果表明:不同免疫应激显著影响肉鸭日增重和采食量(P<0.05)、溶菌酶活、Ig M和禽流感疫苗抗体效价。说明日粮添加Gln可改善机体的免疫功能,缓解免疫应激对肉鸭生长性能和免疫功能的影响。
To study the role of glutamine（ Gln） to regulate the immune stress in broiler ducks,240 one- day- old lace ducks were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates of each,and three kinds of simulations for immune stress were performed in each replicate. The ducks in the four groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0,0. 4%,0. 6%,and 0. 8% Gln,respectively. The ducks were injected with bird flu vaccine at 10 days of age,and the daily gain,feed intake,and the ratio of feed to meat in the each treatment were measured at42 daysof age. Blood samples collected from the selected two ducks in each replicate at the appropriate time,were used to determine the antibody titer for bird flu vaccine,lysozyme activity and the content of immunoglobulin G（ Ig G） in serum. The results showed that the different immune stress significantly affected（ P〈0. 05） the daily gain,feed intake,lysozyme activity and Ig G in serum,and the antibody titer of bird flu vaccine. The results indicate that the diets supplemented with Gln can improve the body＇s immune function,and relieve the effect of immune stress on the growth performance and immune function of broiler ducks.
