低温环境下民猪血液生化指标的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究低温环境下民猪和大白猪血液生化指标,试验采用-26℃环境饲养民猪和大白猪,并对其血液中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、谷草转氨酶∶谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶、葡萄糖含量进行检测。结果表明:在冷应激(1 h)情况下,民猪各项指标分别增加了-3%、23%、27%、202%、16%,大白猪分别增加了18%、47%、90%、1 108%、4%;持续低温(72 h)情况下,民猪各项指标分别增加了5%、102%、10%、32%、2%,大白猪分别增加了18%、47%、22%、837%、6%。说明低温环境中民猪肝脏、心脏、肺脏、肌肉等组织器官所受影响远小于大白猪,使其更加适应低温环境。 To study the blood biochemical indexes between Min pig and large Yorkshire in the low- temperature environment,the Min pig and Yorkshire were reared in the environment with 26 degrees below zero,and then were used for the detection of the contents of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase,the ratio of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase,and the contents of creatine kinase and glucose in blood. The results showed that in the case of cold stress for one hour,the each index of Min pig increased by- 3%,23%,27%,202%,and 16%,respectively; meanwhile,the each index of large Yorkshire increased by 18%,47%,90%,1 108%,and 4%,respectively. In the sustained low temperature for 72 h,the each index of Min pig increased by 5%,102%,10%,32%,and 2%,respectively; meanwhile,the each index of large Yorkshire increased by 18%,47%,22%,837%,and 6%,respectively. The results indicate that the low- temperature environment has less impact on the liver,heart,lungs,muscles and other tissues and organs in Min pig than in large Yorkshire,it makes Min pig more adapted to the low- temperature environment.
