摘要
社会治安防控体系建设是一项长期性、系统性、战略性工作。在组织推进方面和人防、物防、技防建设方面,当前基层社会治安防控体系建设中还存在着一些薄弱的环节。我们应该坚持理念先行,整合各类资源,构建最有力的推进格局;坚持宣传引导,掀起人民战争,筑牢最深厚的防控基础;坚持专群结合,统筹各方力量,完善网格化人防体系;坚持分类防控,突出堵漏除患,夯实基础性物防建设;坚持软硬同步,推动共享整合,织密立体化技防网络;坚持机制创新,破解瓶颈难题,推动建设跨越式发展。
The stereoscopic building of defense and control system of social public order is a longterm strategic mission. In recent years, with the acceleration of the urbanization process, a large number of migrant workers go into the cities and it has led to many social problems. There are still plenty of shortcomings in the stereoscopic building of defense and control system of social public order. Hence, there are still a lot of weak links in the stereoscopic building of defense and control system of social public order. The public security organs should make the transition from the old conception to the new and take precautions against criminal calamities. At the same time, the public security organs should lay solid foundations for increased production, constantly bring forth new ideas in technique defense and be bold in putting things into practice and blazing new trails.
