摘要
基于Riccati传递矩阵法和灵敏度分析,提出了一种多轴段转子-支承系统畸变试验模型的动力学相似设计方法.分析了转子固有特性的系统参数灵敏度,对原型系统进行动力学模化得到畸变模型,并进行必要的模型修正,然后对修正后的畸变模型进行缩尺设计得到最终试验模型.以设计某空压机高压转子的缩尺试验模型为例,通过对比原型和所设计缩尺试验模型的临界转速和固有特性,验证了所提试验模型动力学相似设计方法的有效性和实用性.
A dynamics similarity design method of distortion experimental model for multiaxial rotorbearing system was proposed on the basis of the Riccati transfer matrix method and the critical speed sensitivity of system parameters. The prototype system spindle was simplified into distortion model upon the sensitivity,then the distortion model was revised and designed into dynamics similarity scaled model. Taking air compressor high-pressure rotor as an example,the critical speed and the inherent characteristics were calculated upon the Riccati transfer matrix method. By comparing the characteristics of the prototype with that of the scaled model,the validity and practicability of the proposed method were verified.
