摘要
陕西作为高等教育大省,高校总数位居全国前列,青年教师是陕西高校发展中最重要的战略资源。通过问卷调查,利用描述统计、相关分析、探索性因子和验证性因子分析等计量方法,对陕西高校青年教师成长因素进行了研究。结果表明青年教师自身能力、学校激励机制以及学校管理是影响青年教师成长的关键因素,并针对目前青年教师成长现状提出了相应的对策建议。
Shaanxi,being a large province of higher education,contains many colleges and universities whose number ranks the top in the country,so young teachers will be the most important strategic resource in the development of Shaanxi colleges and universities.The paper studies the factors influencing the growth of young teachers in Shaanxi colleges and universities through the questionnaires,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and other methods.The conclusion demonstrates the capacity of young teachers,the incentive mechanism and the management of colleges and universities are the key factors which influence the growth of young teachers.Meanwhile,the author also proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to change the present status of young teachers.
