摘要
全蝎为钳蝎科(Scorpion)动物东亚钳蝎Buthus martensii Karsch的干燥体。全蝎中含有蝎毒、三甲胺、甜菜碱、核苷类等活性成分,具有抗哮喘、抗凝、抗血栓、促纤溶、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗癫痫等药理作用,临床用于治疗支气管哮喘、白血病、扁桃体炎、乳腺炎、慢性肾炎等疾病。该文通过查阅近年来相关文献,对全蝎化学成分、药理作用和临床应用进行整理和归纳,为全蝎的进一步研究提供新的思路。
Scorpio was Scorpion animal scorpion Buthus martensii Karsch＇s dry body. Scorpion contains active compositions of scorpion venom,trimethylamine,betaine,nucleosides. Scorpio has pharmacological effects of anti-asthma,anticoagulant,anti-thrombosis,fibrinolysis,analgesic,anti-tumor,antiepileptic. And the clinical applications of Scorpio are bronchial asthma,leukemia,tonsillitis,mastitis and other diseases. In this paper,by referring to recent literature on the Scorpion chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical applications were summarized for further research Scorpion provide new ideas.
