摘要
采用Ebb&Flow灌溉系统对朵丽蝶兰Doritaenopsis‘Labios’进行了栽培研究,并通过比较3种不同营养液对朵丽蝶兰生物量积累及开花特性的影响,探讨了采用潮汐灌溉系统对朵丽蝶兰进行规模化栽培的可行性。结果显示:循环潮水式Ebb&Flow灌溉系统可用于朵丽蝶兰的规模化栽培。N3营养液(硝态氮115.5 mg·L-1,铵态氮7.0mg·L-1;磷120.0 mg·L-1;钾243.8 mg·L-1;钙200 mg·L-1;镁60.0 mg·L-1)有助于增加朵丽蝶兰地上部分生物量的积累及花梗长度,其中氮和钾的质量浓度为主要因素,且硝态氮更利于朵丽蝶兰的吸收。
In this study, Doritaenopsis 'Labios' plants were cultivated by automatically recirculating Ebb & Flow subirrigation system. Three different nutrient solution formulations of N1 (NO3--N: 94.5 mg·L-l; NH4+-N: 10.5 mg·L-l; P: 60.2 mg·L-l; K: 243.8 mg·L-1; Ca: 180.0 mg·L-1; and Mg: 60.0 mg·L-1) , N2(NO3--N: 94.5 mg·L-1; NH4+-N: 10.5 mg·L-1; P: 144.0 mg·L-1; K: 205.1 mg·L-1; Ca: 239.6 mg·L-1; and Mg: 63.3 mg·L-1), and N3(NO3--N: 115.5 mg·L-1; NH4+-N: 7.0 mg·L-1; P: 120.0 mg·L-Z; K: 243.8 mg·L-l; Ca: 200 mg·L-1; and Mg: 60.0 mg·L-1) was used to study the effects on biomass accumulation and flowering characteristics. The results showed that all the three treatments of Doritaenopsis 'Labios' plants could flowering. What's more, the plants were treated with N3 nutrient solution performed better than N1 and N2 treatments, indicating that N3 nutrient solution was the most favorable for the growth of Doritaenopsis and can improve the qulity effectively. In addi- tion, the study also showed that nitrate is more conductive for Doritaenopsis absorption. [Ch, 1 fig. 5 tab. 22 rd. ]
