摘要
井漏是钻井过程中必须要解决的一项技术难题,其核心是钻井液液柱压力大于地层压力产生的正压差导致钻井液向地层中孔隙、裂缝及溶洞等的漏失。针对鄂尔多斯盆地志丹金鼎地区具体沉积构造条件及探井井漏情况,分析金鼎地区钻井井漏原因,指出该地区漏失层地层构造特征及钻井工程因素是导致井漏的主要原因,同时对堵漏措施进行了分析,提出了针对性的堵漏措施,进而指导鄂尔多斯盆地金鼎地区钻井施工。
The circulation loss is a technology problem in the process of well drilling, its cores is positive pressure differential that the pressure of drilling fluid column is greater than the formation pressure, leading to drilling fluid loss from wellbore to pore, fracture and cave. In this paper, reasons of well circulation loss were analyzed through researching the sedimentary structure and the well circulation loss information of exploration well in Jinding Zhidan area of Ordos basin. It's pointed out that the sedimentary structure condition and drilling engineering factors are the main reasons to cause the well circulation loss. At the same time, the sealing measures were proposed. The results could provide a guide for well drilling in Jinding area of Ordos basin.
