摘要
介绍城市综合体的发展现状,分析城市综合体的火灾危险性,如火灾蔓延快、致灾因素多、疏散难度大、灭火救援困难等。结合黄石市城市综合体消防设计的问题如单层面积过大,功能定位影响防火分区设计等,提出相应的保障措施,如加强消防设计审核、避免使用大面积防火卷帘、强制规定灭火救援窗设计等。
Introduced development of city complex building, ana- lyzed fire risks as fast spread of fire, amount of fire risks, diffi- cult evacuation and firefighting and rescue, combined with fire design problems of over-large area of single floor, function influ- encing fire apartment design in huangshi city,the corresponding measurements were proposed as strengthening fire design audit, avoiding using large area fire curtain and mandating firefighting and rescue window.
