摘要
强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种主要累及中轴关节的慢性炎性自身免疫性疾病(chronic inflammatory autoimmnue disease),病理性新骨形成是其标志性病理特征。AS发病率在炎性关节炎中占第二位,由于其好发于中青年男性,具有较高的致残、致畸率,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担,目前已成为国内外研究领域的重点。基于对各种AS动物模型和临床的深入研究,对于炎症与新骨形成的关系有了一些新的认识,但由于AS炎症与新骨形成的具体分子机制还没有阐释清楚,炎症与新骨形成的关系目前仍然存在争议。本文基于AS骨化相关信号通路探讨其炎症与骨化的关系,以期为今后AS发病机制的研究提供参考。
Ankylosing spondylitis( AS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease,which primarily involves the axial skeleton,characterized by pathological new bone formation. AS is the secondary most popular inflammatory arthritis. As AS mainly affects young and middle-aged males and has high rate of disabling,it brought heavy burden to both the patient'sfamily and the society,and now the international hot spot of research. Typically,Based on clinical study and research on animal models,there has been some new recognition in the relationship between inflammation and new bone formation. However,because of the specific molecule mechanisms between inflammation and new bone formation have not been clarified,their relationship is still in controversial. This review explore the relationship between inflammation and new bone formation based on the signal pathway of ossification and hopes to provide a reference for further research.
